ABOUT SC SERVER TRAINING

South Carolina now requires all servers, bartenders, and managers who serve alcohol on-premises to complete a certified training program. SC Server Training was built to make that process clear, accessible, and compliant with state regulations.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

This program is written and delivered by Lea B. Kerrison, Esq., a lifelong South Carolina resident, Citadel graduate, and practicing attorney with over 30 years of experience—more than 20 of which are focused on alcohol regulatory law.

WHY THIS TRAINING EXISTS

The law aims to reduce drunk driving, improve public health and safety, prevent underage drinking, and ensure safe alcohol service across the state.
